I have been working in the digital media world for over 10 years. My experience ranges from adding tracking to banner ads to HTML/CSS builds. 10 years ago Adobe Flash was the big thing. I started at Pointroll as a Production Engineer and during that time I was responsible for building ads in Pointroll's system, adding proprietary tracking, quality assurance, and ActionScript code fixes.
Over the years my department and the Creative department merged into one. That crossover gave me the opportunity to try my hand at more builds from client-provided and in-house mocks, as well as streaming video. I also moved up in my career and became a Team Lead/Creative Development Manager. In my day-to-day I would manage heavy queues with tight, sometimes same day turnarounds. Although my priority was management, my love of code and design work never faltered. I have expanded my skills to include more Front End Web Development. Through various coursework, I have tightened up my HTML/CSS/JS skills. I am currently seeking a position where my expertise of coding, problem-solving, and design can best be put to use.

I have over 10 years of Flash banner ad experience. This includes, building from mocks, video streams, troubleshooting, adding propietary tracking, and tweaking to meet publisher requirements. This is just one example of an ad that I built from a client provided mock. This only touches the surface of my Flash banner ad skills that I've obtained over the years.
